Sable Island is a sand bar - 42 km long and roughly 1.5 km wide that is located approximately 160 km southeast of Nova Scotia. This windswept sand bar is home to wild horses, seabirds and seals. [...]

This is a little waterfall at the Mini Golf Course that we recently played at. Built a couple years ago, the course was beautifully designed into the side of a hill. It is pleasant to view as well as play a round of miniature golf.

These are Wild Purple Iris that are growing along the water’s edge at the lake.

A slight breeze was creating tiny ripples on the water.  I always liked the way the trees and plants grew around the edge of this lake.  No mucky, slimy sand, just perfect sand with no rocks so you can enjoy your walk along the shore.
